Payment and registration

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. The total displayed at checkout is the amount authorized. A gift card is applied first, with any remaining balance paid by card. Payment is completed after Eventbrite confirms your registration.

The Eventbrite registration frame may show a $0 ticket. This is your ticket registration; the price you pay is the Site B checkout total.

Reservations

A reservation lasts 10 minutes before payment authorization and up to 20 minutes for registration after authorization. If you don’t complete registration, we cancel the authorization. Your bank determines when held funds become available again.

Refunds

You can request a full refund from your order page while self-service refunds are available. Refunds return to the original payment methods, including gift-card value to the gift card. All tickets in that order are cancelled. Site B absorbs payment-processing fees on these refunds.

Your tickets

Eventbrite supplies ticket barcodes and available wallet options. Bring your ticket to the event. For help with an order, contact info@siteb.life and include your order reference.
