Privacy at Site B.

We use the information you provide to process ticket orders, deliver your tickets, respond to inquiries, and support your visit. Marketing is optional and separate from these services.

Tickets and payments

Square handles payment details securely. Site B stores order amounts, payment references, ticket details, and the contact information supplied during Eventbrite registration. Eventbrite maintains attendee records and check-in.

Event inquiries

We send inquiry details to our customer relationship system so our team can respond. Your unfinished inquiry is saved in this browser until submitted. You can clear it using your browser’s site data settings.

Tickets on your device

When you open a ticket, we save a copy on this device for offline access. Use “Remove saved tickets” on My tickets to clear these copies. Avoid saving tickets on a shared device.

Your choices

For access, corrections, deletion requests, or marketing opt-out, contact info@siteb.life. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days. Some transaction records must be retained for accounting and legal obligations.

Service providers

Our hosting, payment, ticketing, email, and customer service providers may process information outside Canada. We do not claim Canada-only hosting. We do not sell your personal information.
